Last year I was very privileged to be asked to make a welcome home cake for a very special little lady called Sofia who’d been quite poorly when she was first born.

Well yesterday she and her family celebrated her 1st Birthday and she was smiling brighter than the sun (and it was a gorgeous morning), when she came along with her Mum and Dad to collect her cupcakes yesterday morning.
She’s coming along very well, into everything, really happy and alert and exceeding everyone’s expectations. She’s a little cutie and she just makes your heart melt xx
