This cake was done for a lady retiring after 35 years in Singapore equivalent of the secret service. She is also quite elegant & glamorous so her friends wanted this to be reflected in the design.
The top tier I learnt after taking Bliss Pastry’s Craftsy class, totally in love with it. The bottom tier I learnt from the amazing Jessica Harris Craftsy class…always eager to learn something new!
