Vanilla, chocolate & lemon sponges filled with SMBC and covered in white choc ganache.
I used Massa sugar paste for the first time on this cake and wow I was impressed! Only used 770g to cover all three 10,8,6" cakes…so I think very good value.
A very girly cake for me but I kinda like it ;) ;)

So pretty and I tried the black on a recent wedding cake, so much nicer to work with but had to work hard to the sharp edges tho x
