My version of a mehndi/henna inspired cake. Lemon cake with lemon buttercream. The customers requirements were for hot pink and orange and to include a 40 somewhere in the design. Since I very rarely work with RI or do any piping work I think I was pretty happy with the result. Decorated also with a small stylised peony in peach, pink and gold.
