I just love printing my own wafer paper. I get to choose the patterns, the colors, the prints, the shading…and I LOVE mixing and matching. I also love how easy wafer paper is to work with. This two tier cake is based on a one tier version I did last year. It had over 200 wafer flowers on it, all hand made by me. The top tier was dark chocolate fudge chunk cake with dark chocolate ganache. The bottom tier was alternating strawberry and vanilla layers with vanilla buttercream and wrapped in dark chocolate gananche. Covered in Satin Ice fondant.
