I was so honoured to be asked to make this cake to bid farewell to the Air NZ 737 – a plane that I flew on while I was at Air New Zealand. It is very precious to me and I have many wonderful memories of my time on it. It was wonderful to catch up with all the crew from the past – what fun we used to have! Our mad antics! Oh! Happy memories! Love you 737 baby! You kept us safe – your memories are locked away in my heart! <3
