This was such a pleasure to make for some truly lovely customers of mine..the lace was to compliment the brides dress, and the flowers to compliment the bouquet that they grew themselves over the spring/summer in their own back garden! :) a challenge in many ways as the bottom tier was the lightest vanilla sponge with choc mud cake in the middle and a whoppa fruit cake on the top!!…very scarey journey to the beautiful venue of dumbleton hall..but we made it! :) …the ‘cornflower’ and ‘nigella’ flowers were my own interpretation as i couldn’t find another sole on the planet who had made one from sugar before…hope i did it all justice for them, thanks for looking :) x
