This is a cake depicting the Japanese legend about the bloom of Cherry Blossoms. There was a japanese princess, Konohana Sakuya Hime, that fell from the sky near Mount Fuji and transforms herself in the flower.
The white cake is the Mont’s Fuji snow waiting for the spring to come which will bring sakura (Cherry blossoms). On the cake is the representation Konohana Sakuya Hime Princess , who fell from the sky and turned into a beautiful cherry blossom.
