I made this for a 60th Birthday celebration. Some thing outside my comfort zone but truly fun to make.

Last year when I made my Sugar Carnival cake this lady happen to come pick her grand daughters Bat Mitzvah cake. At the time she was so fascinated with that Sugar Carnival cake that she told me in advance one day you will have to make me such a cake.

When her daughter called to order a cake for her – I told her I knew what cake her mom would like.
This was on my wish list FOREVER!! I knew she would love it .. and she did.
I requested the customer to send me some pictures of the cut cake. So she sent me a few and said this… truly made my day..

Veena thank you so much for the lovely surprise. I was amazed you remembered what I wanted. No one could believe it was cake and no one wanted to cut into it but once cut it was enjoyed to the last crumb. Most of the seashells were picked as sovereigns. The modelling chocolate was a real treat to the kids.
Thank you so much again, you truly made my 60th special and I will never forget it. Thank you darling.
