Louisa has been quite decisive about what she wants her birthday cake to be since she discovered that she could influence things in the run up to her 3rd Birthday. That one was driven by a desire to increase her Barbie doll collection but I used a doll pick! This time she gets to keep Elsa.

Thank you ladies – tried to make it a bit different and ended up more complex than envisioned. Those snow flakes at the bottom hide a multitude of sins due to heat melting the ganache and air bubbles galore. Original concept was just the snow lol xx
