This is my latest wedding cake :-). I have always struggled a bit with roses when I’ve made them in the past which is only a couple of times – but I watched the Craftsy tutorial " Garden Roses" by Nicholas Lodge and found it really helpful. I made my roses with a much bigger curl on the petals because I love that look – they’re still not perfect but I’m really happy with how they turned out. I used Doric Sweet lace which doesn’t get hard (thanks to a discussion here on Cakes Decor). Thanks so much for looking and I hope you like it :-) xxx
