I feel very honored to have been one of the ten cake artists selected by Laura Loukaides to be published in Cake Masters designing cakes inspired by dream wedding locations.
My location has been “Las Vegas” so I designed this cake inspired by its landscape, the brilliant light of the night and the concept of the spectacle. Decorated with fondant, golden leaf, royal icing and wafer paper, completely eatable decoration.
