Here is my contribution to the fabulous Birthday Mischief Managed collaboration for Harry Potter and JK Rowling’s birthday tribute. his really was a fun collaboration to be involved in and it was a privilege to be in the company of some of my cakey heroes! I was given the centaurs and I couldn’t get the forest scene where the centaurs take Professor Umbridge and she finally gets her come-uppance, out of my head. My thanks to Chef Mitchie and her team for such a fabulous experience!!
