I tried to get as close as I could to the real thing, for an avid motorcycle racer! It’s partially airbrushed, & partially hand-painted, with some of the accents cut from fondant. The helmet is carved from a double-barreled stack of alternating Vanilla & chocolate cakes with vanilla & chocolate icings. The little Life Flight helicopter on the back was asked for by the wife, as the birthday boy once had a severe accident & had to be Life-flighted to the hospital. Fortunately he is just fine!
