I have been passionate about cakes since 2008, every minute of my free time is spent on my hobby.
My favourite technique is painting on cakes, especially in the pop art style.
I have always wanted to make a large gum paste shoe and this was the perfect opportunity.
When you think shoes, you think of women and that is why I chose the Young Peasant Woman with Straw Hat and Madame Ginoux.
