Three tiers for Chloe! This cake was made to celebrate her 21st birthday and her graduation! My lovely youngest daughter was inspired by a cake found on Pinterest, she loves blue and gold. The photos I took with my camera didn’t come out well unfortunately. Bottom tier is almond and cherry sponge, the middle tier is carrot cake and gold leaf, both covered in white chocolate ganache. Top tier is fake!
