Yesterday I safely delivered the first wedding cake I have made… It’s not perfect… however I learned so much making it and am pleased with the final result… although I had taken a few more photos.

Bottom tier… quilted & pearl studded chocolate cake with choc ganache, marzipan, icing
White rose separator
Middle tier… Lustered with a pearl string, Bride & Groom names and diamante heart…Vanilla cake with Jam & cream, marzipan, icing
Purple rose separator
Top tier… Scattered floral applique, resembling the brides lace, with gel diamonds and pearls, Coffee cake with white chocolate ganache.
Small casual floral topper.
