First engagement cake in over a year!

Well I don’t get to make many traditional tiered cakes, most people come to me for sculptured, character cakes. I really enjoyed making these tall tiers they are 5" tall and I used Massa Ticino paste for the first time…..and oh I am in love! It’s amazing and I will be buying it in the bucket load. It was so smooth, no tears, rips, elephant skin made covering these large tiers a dream. Anyway, this was also my first Peony which I enjoyed making as don’t make many flowers either x
