Heres my birthday cake from a couple of weeks ago (10th July)
I decided to try my dream flavours, getting tired of the same old plain vanilla cake……so ive been quite inspired lately by Christy Seguin of cakes rock! and all her gorgeous, yummy sounding cake flavours she makes.
The bottom tier is dark chocolate brownie cake, with choc chunks and nutella ganache filling…..
Top tier is white velvet cake with vanilla mascarpone cream, raspberries and white chocolate ganache……drooool!
They were both absolutely delish, especially the white choc with mascarpone! My friend had some and has requested it for her next cake flavour!

I also made my first peony. I cut the petals by hand as I still dont have any peony cutters and decided to dust it in silky peach lustre. Really glad how it turned out, its now sat on a shelf in my living room!
Glammed the brown tier up with some painted peach lustre to tie in with the peony………
