I made this for a friend’s mother. Geraldine loves the colour red and her daughter wanted a girly cake for her, and I was given free reign. I knew immediately what I wanted to do and this cake was completely inspired by the stunning and elegant work of DeesSweet Surprises, who’s work I adore!
I love how it turned out and Geraldine loved it too, thankfully!
I have been playing around with wafer paper recently and hope to learn how to make some other flowers.
