This is the 3rd cake I have made for Sarah and this time she is turning 3. Her mum requested a cake that featured her favourite Minnie Mouse plush toy .

This cake was made as a 10 inch/25cm round cake, so you can tell from this that the Minnie topper is very large (which is what I am sure is what will please Sarah the most) :)
