This week i set myself a little bit of a challenge. With many months of struggling to find a fondant that performed how i wanted it to, i finally found the results in Menina,

So this week i created a beach themed engagement cake. The original design i sent was very drab, so i added fences, and natural toned shells to accentuate the blue airbrushed Tiers.

I hope you all like my fairly large creation of a 10″×5″, 8″×5″ and a 6″×5″.

No matter what i do, how i take my photo, they always tend to be blurry on CD :( looks much better than the photo is telling.
