I made this cake for my personal graduation at a Bussiness School in Barcelona. I enjoyed so much doing it and specially when I show it for surprise to my schoolmates the Graduation Day!
This is a tripple layer cake. The two upper ones are made of vanilla and the lower one is a chocolate layer cake covered all them with chocolate ganache.
