3-tier Eiffel tower cake in 100% buttercream. BC flowers in pale blue. My niece requested this cake for her birthday. Bottom tier was Red velvet, and top two tiers were almond, and orange-almond with cream cheese BC icing filling.
I marked a rough outline of the tower, but I freehanded the rest of the details in the tower and one the cake.
I frosted cake in all white BC, then added some blue hues and smoothed again before decorating cake.
