This was a very rushed cake as we returned from holiday on Saturday lunchtime and after getting the usual washing done and hung out set up to get this cake done ready for our granddaughters birthday on Sunday. Vanilla sponge with chocolate ganache. Secretly hoping there’s not too many more Frozen cakes but I think I am probably wrong 😂😂😂
