This request was for a my little pony cake with ruffles.
I made the Rainbow Dash figure from fondant, and decided in vertical ruffles for a change.
The inside of the cake was a white chocolate cake in orange and pink layers so that when the cake is cut you get a riot of colours horizontally and vertically.
