The client wanted the cake for her Husbands 50th she wanted something a bit special to show how grateful she is for all he does around the house etc. It seems she has him well trained! She couldn’t stop laughing at the cake because she said the likeness of him was great. It was a fun cake to do but took ages! The cake part is the sofa which is chocolate. I got Hoover inspiration from a Custom Cakery cake but I always like to try and use the design to make the number or the name as with my little kitten cake with the wool name and I have used a hosepipe and barbed wire in he past. However my daughter pointed out that it looked more like 59 than 50, but at least it is on the TV screen as well. I matched the yellow spotty pinny with the ribbon.
