I was asked to create a cake for a 65th birthday that included a pair of shoes, pinks & purples, some bling and to make it girlie!
I wanted it to be elegant as well so I came up with this and I love how it turned out (I think it may be my new favourite for a while!!)
The bag and box are both vanilla cake filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream and coated in a vanilla flavoured white chocolate ganache.
Jane was delighted and I had a wonderful message later to tell me her cake was ‘a triumph’ at the party she threw :)
