Stacey may be all grown up now……not telling you how grown up…..
But she still loves Disney….. (ok, I admit it……so do I).
And now she has her own little Prince and Princess she can indulge in Disney a lot more again without feeling guilty.
Frozen is a firm favourite, but anything with a Disney Princess in it is fine too.

So when her Mum Ann asked me to make some Princess cupcakes to surprise her there were so many to choose from I thought I’d better include as many of them as possible – (not sure if I got all of them).

They’re fondant covered cupcakes with printed wafer paper, and flavours are Chocolate fudge, Strawberry filled with Rhubarb and strawberry conserve and Lemon with home made lemon curd.
