I had the pleasure of doing this Silver Anniversary cake for a friend of mine from Trinidad, who also lives in Singapore. The flowers were based loosely on her wedding bouquet, I also used the opportunity to try out using silver leaf for the 1st time (oh my gosh that’s tricky!!)
