"Halfway Dead" Cake

This tongue in cheek cake was made for a 50th birthday party to mark the “Death of Youth” for the birthday girl. This coffin cake measures approx 55cm in length and is made from choc mud

The tombstone is made from RKT, chocolate and fondant and the spade is made from gumpaste
