All gluten free. The top tiers were placed to make a small split level and was a little tricky to balance on the top of the tower.

Flavours were Chocolate & Baileys and Vanilla & Rum. Edible lace was used for the cake and the cupcake wrappers, the Victoriana lace mat by Claire Bowman.
