I love love love making carved dinosaur cakes, so when Thomas’s mum asked if I could make ‘Patchy’ from ‘walking with dinosaurs’ with the bird on his head I jumped at the chance.
A combination of airbrush and hand painting were used. Absolutely everything is edible too.
