A lovely young lady asked for Daryl – Walking Dead character – for her hubby after seeing the previous cake we made. Her Hubby is a great fan of this series and she let us do more or less what we wanted. A 15 portion cake with mango Swiss buttercream and mango slices and vanilla sponge cake.

Again, we had so much fun making this, we hope there is a third cake coming up!!!
