When Ingrid first contacted me, she said she wanted something that was themed around her venue – Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park. Those of you that aren’t from west London might be a bit confused as to why, then, there are parakeets on the cake – but these are a common sight in the trees around these parts! I’m calling this one ‘Isabella’ after my favourite picnic spot in the park.
