Have you ever had a bride that didn’t want a wedding cake??? Well, I have had several over the years. This Bride loved Pumpkin pie, so that was the center of her dessert table, that I made for her. The Groom loved his mothers German chocolate cake, so that is the only thing I did not prepare on the table.
They decided to order an assortment of my dessert bars for the guests. (I have also done a pie wedding before, where we did a variety of pies and tarts for the guests, and I did a three tiered stand with fresh strawberry pies and whipping cream for the bride and groom to cut).
I did cream cheese fudge brownies, Triple chocolate brownies, Cranberry orange bars, Blonde brownies, Chess bars.
