Here is my birthday cake all hand piped with buttercream except for the white chocolate shavings on the sides — what do you think about this one? :)
BTW the flavour was vanilla cake with strawberry mousse filling decorated with vanilla buttercream with white chocolate shavings on the sides!!

OK.. LOVE the Swan! I may borrow your design sometime! the water is so pretty the way you combined both colors in this pattern. I thought for a minute it was coconut on the sides.. so that could also be good if someone wanted that flavor inside.. for my future reference. I am favoring your cake! :) you know I love it!
