This was the cake I created for my daughters birthday party, her ‘big’ cake to show off to her friends ;). The castle was a dark chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache and the toadstool was vanilla sponge with buttercream and strawberry jam. She was very happy having won the appropriate oohs and aahs from her friends lol :)
