Together with Petra Arnold we made this frozen cake for my granddaughter Hailey who becomes 2 years tomorrow … the top cake is vanilie marbled chocolate biscuit filled with chocolate cream / mousse . ..the bottom is red velvet cake filled with whipped white chocolate ganache … both cakes are covered with a snow layer of white ganache
