This is a “test cake” for my son’s upcoming wedding. My future daughter-in-lw wants a naked cake. I iced the cake 2 days ago, as I thought this will let me know how truly moist the cake will stay. I did give the cake a good brushing with sugar syrup. It’s also my son-in-laws birthday today, and my daughters in a few weeks, but we’ll be away so celebrating both today. And my son is celebrating getting a amazing new job. There are gumpaste Dianthus, Berries, Chrysanthemums and Coffee filter flowers as fillers in this flower bouquet sitting in a raffia filled little gumpaste basket. Added green moss Made from gumpaste, and mixture of crumbled royal icing and dried parsley.
