Hi, i just wanted to share with you my Cactus cake. I am not a fan of sugar flowers or shoes (while i think that Nature and Jimmy Choo can do it better..:0)), but this is a sort of “flowers” i made. It’s a bit different, not covered with sugar paste. But you can eat it all :0). It is a Baileys cake with Baileys cream. ( Cactus is a sugar paste..:0)).
