I’ve always wanted to do a ballerina cake and finally I got the chance when budding ballerina “Maddie” requested one for her 9th birthday. The shoes are 50/50 gumpaste mix and made using “Peggy does cakes” fabulous tutorial! The cake features quilting- a cute little ballerina dancer and a tutu skirt!
