My first 4 tiered wedding cake. The green tiers coloured to match the bridesmaides overlaid with lace. The ducks nestling in hesian ribbon made for the newly wedded couple who love ducks. This cake was very nearly a disaster…the two days that I covered the cake in fondant were 90% humidity and then my airbrush compressor breathed its last, before I had finished spraying! I was saved by two portable fans, airconditioning and Jo from Bake Boss who lent me his compressor! Never give up!
