With creative freedom given by the client who wanted a grand Hello Kitty wedding cake with Union Jack colours, I had so may ideas that I wanted to include in the cake, but I had to stop myself before I overcrowded it. After a lot of meticulous planning, and many late nights to make it, the completed cake was equally challenging to transport to the venue. But it was all worth it when the bride told me that the cake exceeded all her expectations and was more that what she could ever wish for on her special day.
