We LOVE wafer paper roses at the moment! Such a fresh modern alternative to traditional sugar flowers and there are lots of colours and patterns to experiment with.
When making flowers with wafer paper always remember to use piping gel as your glue, as edible glue will dissolve your paper with its high water content.
