We LOVE giant Roses! So much so that we have designed our very own XL Rose Cutter set which we have used here, and it really is huge! When roses are so big it looks really effective to start in the centre with a darker colour then slowly fade out into lighter colours towards the edge – this will make your rose look more realistic.

We have also used our own Silver Leaf on this cake – silver leaf is cheaper than gold leaf and you get a lot more in a pack for your money, this means that you can cover entire tiers of your cakes in the silver and not go overboard with your costs.
