This is the wedding cake I made for the Squires Kitchen competition this year, based on the wedding dress worn by Grace Kelly in ‘High Society’, for her ‘marriage’ to Bing Crosby.
The piped and cut-out details are based on the embroidery on her dress, and the flowers are loosely based on the corsage worn on her belt.
