Today, March 26, is my birthday!! I am celebrating with a simple and elegant cake, cos that’s how I like my cakes! All dark ganache (70% Lindt) on the outside and inside this light fondant cake. The only decoration is the over-sized red rose made using Fmm Sugarcraft Large Rose cutters. Thank you for looking!
