I don’t think I’m the best at making boys cakes, so always panic with I accept an order for one…especially when its not cute! Customer requested superhero theme with main topper to be Iron Man. I started making the topper 2 weeks in advance as I was very nervous about it. I really wanted to try him in an action pose but chickened out.

This is fabulous and I think he’s in a great Iron Man pose. I do know what you mean about getting nervous around making boys cakes – but you totally nailed it!!!

Brilliant job! I’m not a lover of boys cakes either – so easy to pop a flower or butterfly etc. on if there’s a problem with a girly cake! X

I love girly cakes and break into a cold sweat every time I’m asked for a boys cake, so I know what you mean. lol This is absolutely perfect though. xx
