Was delighted to be asked to make this one as I love Lord of the Rings…..yeah yeah, I admit I’m a geek at heart ;) The budget meant I had to downsize my ideas, but I was happy with the cake when I was done. I made the eye of Sauron with isomalt, and the book is marbled chocolate and vanilla cake.
